Because of the children and young people in my life, because of the adults that surround them, and because of the struggling young adult I was at one time. I’m devoted to seeing the world have these conversations “out there,” as much as they’re available with me and in my surroundings.

We have a widespread struggle among young people and adults alike. We also have an unprecedented opportunity to connect and clean some of it up. From my own breakthrough experiences using conversations to shift my understanding of shame and stigma, I know how much opening up can and will make a difference.
